Mr Peter H.K. Koh was appointed as Oceanus Group's Chief Executive Officer in December 2014. Mr Koh has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction and development of the Group's business.

In recognition of his efforts and pivotal role in the Group's successful restructuring, Mr Koh was conferred the 2018 Outstanding CEO Award by Influential Brands, which was held in conjunction with the 2018 ASIA CEO Summit.

Mr Koh has more than three decades of experience across multiple industries, including media, branding, manufacturing and environment sustainability. Within the aquaculture industry, Mr Koh has taken up various positions with aquaculture innovation and research bodies, such as member of Advisory Board of James Cook University and member of Advisory Council of the Singapore Aquaculture Innovation Centre.

Mr Sammul Lin was appointed as CEO of Season Global Trading Pte Ltd in January 2020. He is currently Group Director, Commerce of Oceanus Group overseeing the Group's FMCG distribution business unit to ensure strategic growth and diversification.

Mr Lin has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management within the FMCG industry. He led Season Hong International Trading Co., where he spearheaded the China company's overseas expansion, playing a vital role in the company's successful business transformation to a global trading business.

A leading industry leader and pioneer of China's first generation of economic reform, Mr Lin currently holds the role of Director of Season Global.

With decades of experience in managing, operating, and scaling the business in the wholesale industry, Mr Lin oversaw Season Hong's development into a leading trading company.

Mr Lin has since handed the company over to his son Sammul Lin and is now guiding the company to greater heights as a corporate advisor.

Mr Duane Ho was appointed as Oceanus Group's Chief Financial Officer on 5 March 2018. Mr Ho oversees the Group's global financial functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial statement reporting, cash flow management, financial control, audit, and corporate tax. He is also responsible for securing financing options available to the Group to fund its growth strategies, as well as leading the Group's internal financial controls and risk management efforts.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Ho spent four years in corporate advisory and restructuring firm, Borrelli Walsh, where he led numerous C-level negotiations, M&A feasibility studies, while providing end-to-end corporate financing advice to companies listed in the Asia-Pacific.

Ms Daphne Lim joined Oceanus in April 2017. She develops and implements policies, targets, procedures, organizes manpower requirements, as well as hiring and training employees within the Group.

Ms Lim served 9 years as a manager at a managed HR and payroll services agency where she led a team of HR and payroll specialists in client management, serving over 300 MNC clients. During her tenure there, she was instrumental in driving profitability and streamlining processes, as well as change management.


Ms Shero Dong is currently the CEO of Season Global. She oversees operations and implements streamlining projects to enhance productivity. Ms Dong formulates marketing strategies that drive sales performance. She is also part of the Operations & Partner Management team of Oceanus in 2020.

Prior to her current role, Ms Dong was an Operations Director in China, where she accumulated close to a decade of experience in the retail industry.

Mr Derrick Tan is the Executive Director of Season Global and he oversees the company's supply & distribution business. Mr Derrick Tan joined Oceanus in January 2020 as a part of Oceanus Group's Procurement and Supplier Management team.

Mr Tan brings with him over 20 years of experience in multinational sales and marketing, where he has held roles such as Vice President (Food Empire) and Managing Director (Remy Cointreau International) prior to his role with Oceanus.
